Our engineers travel all around the world to do service or maintenance to the equipment Akyurek Kardesler Ltd delivered.
When contacting our service department, always keep the serial number of the machine at hand. If you have a question about a machine or a problem we will help you as soon as possible, either by telephone, e-mail, or if possible, by modem. When this does not solve the problem we will come to your plant and fix the problem, but this almost does not occur. Most of the components that we use in our machines can be express couriered to the furthest point of the world with no matter of time.
Training
Akyurek Kardesler Ltd standard policy is to carry out operator training during the commissioning of our equipment. We complement this by giving you the opportunity to send your personnel to training schools in either London or California for more in-depth tuition. These courses can also take place on site.
