Applications :
Electronic Scale System is for efficient, fast and high capacity sacking. One operator is for setting the recipe and feeding the sacks to sack clamp. The software and PLC controlled mechanism does the rest of sacking.
Function :
Load cell and PLC computer system feeds, weighs, bags, closes bag and convey the bagged product to required point. Precision weighing, less labor intense and higher capacity bagging scale for granule products. Memory system advantages for business data tracking.
Operation :
Product feed in to pre-storage hopper by elevator. Product moves on to scale mechanism form hopper. Pre-storage hopper has 3 product discharge points. One large: controlled by a mechanism linked to the PLC. 2 discharge points with magnetic feeders again linked to plc. (One of the magnetic feeders is larger than the other) As soon as the set weight is reached, load cells passes data to PLC and program shuts the all feeders. The scale container clamps below opens and releases the product in to the sack. Sack falls on conveyor belt conveyed below stitching machine and on required point. Construction : Robustly constructed from steel body and frame work. Air valve pistons for product flow stop and start. 2mm to 4mm steel sheet body works with anti rust and anti static powder paint coated. 100mm thick square steel chassis. Production Standards Every part undergoes following processes: sand blasting, spray application of primer, phosphate cleaning, 180°C oven baked final paint finish. These processes are applied on a continuous production line. The final result provides optimum resistance to corrosion (>250 hours in salt atmosphere) equivalent to pre-galvanized finish. All steel components of machine are CNC machine Laser Cut for precise manufacturing. Akyürek makes every effort to be environmentally friendly, controlling all emissions during this process.
