WIRE MESH BELT

The very first step of Post Harvest Seed cleaning processes is coarse impurity separation.

Wire Mesh Belt conveyor is designed to full fill this task. Product is feed on Wire Mesh belt and coarse impurities stays on wire mesh and anything smaller then the mesh openings, falls trough the mesh.

Troughs carry on next stage and coarse impurities that are separated from the product flow are collected at designated place. In order to avoid jamming large impurities in between the mesh, wires are free to swing on the back side of the conveyor belt. Speed of driving motor is adjustable and mesh troughs are set according to need. Belt length and width is designed according to project in need.
