Kardesler Turn Key Plant machinery principle. In this
document you will read about the Oil Seed commodity
conditioning route and machines that cleans, sorts, sacks
oil Seed commodities.

in this document is what generally Turkish Market uses. If

Why Grade?
-Further
cleaning can only give the optimum result if the seeds have
similar characteristics.
So that
De-stoner, Gravity Separator and Color Sorter machine
adjustments are specifically set for either 4.00mm Sunflower
Seeds or 4,25mm. If product is processed through these
machines with out grading, due to mixed characteristics
seeds (weight and dimensions of seeds) machines adjustment
and functions can not concentrate to specific features of
the seed and a mid range mach adjustment for mixed product
will not give the optimum result.

cleaning section gravity tables are used for cleaning and
grading seeds, based on their shape, density, size, and
surface characteristics.
Contaminants
in a lot that have a size similar to the seed, but are of
different specific gravity, can be separated on a gravity
table. (Split/Broken Seeds, Immature seeds, Hallow Seeds,
est.)

Color sorter
sorts the seeds according to their color because of machines
complex nature. Color sorters are used as final equipment to
separate seeds based on their reflective (color)
characteristics.
