De-Stoner Stone Separator (Stoner)
Function:
It's a machine used for separation of stones, sand and soil from the grains, seeds and cereals which have already been clean and sized previously. It is efficient and influent for all kinds of cereal. Sun flower seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds. Also collects straw and chip.
Working Pricniple:
The product feed into the store tank through the feeding elevator; from here, it is feed into the main machine. With a vibration produced by an eccentric system and by an air current the crops cleaned free of chip, glass, stones and soil. Crop fall on to inclined vibrating tray, this inclined vibrating tray separates stones, glass, earth, mud balls out of cops. The machine has got an open bagging pipe order to bag the cleaned product if required or to move further processing.
